Police Department view point of Racial Profiling

Police Departments will tell you that crimes follow a pattern of race.  They use these patterns to determine potential suspects and strongly support certain types of profiling.   How would you dispute this type of thinking?   Your comments are due on April 22 at 9AM

Racial Profiling

There are a lot of people who think that racial profiling unfairly discriminates against certain ethnic groups such as Arab and the Black community.  What is your feelings on that statement?
